Most domestic departures leave in the evening, around 21:00, so passengers sleep through the long hauls and land the next morning ready for the day. Cross-border coaches to and from Kampala run on their own schedule to clear the Busia border post in daylight. Either way, it's a seat you booked from your phone, confirmed over WhatsApp.
